Villa 3217 is at ground level via a walkway flanked by koi ponds and water features, leading into a single-story pavilion with soaring ceilings. This area has two bedrooms and a lounge that flows seamlessly into the adjoining three-story pavilion to create an immense open-plan living area. Stairs lead up to a roof terrace and two guest bedrooms. Another lounge area, gym and two more bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor opening onto the gardens.
