Villa 3246 is combined of two villas ( Villa 3508 and 3514 ) to create a total of eleven bedrooms
The perfectly symmetrical thatch-roofed Villa 3508 comprises a pair of two-storey buildings, with a living and dining room in between, a delightful rooftop terrace, and five air-conditioned, ensuite bedrooms. Outside, a flat lawn and open-sided dining and living pavilions are situated at either end of a 17-metre swimming pool. Capacity : 10 guests (5 bedrooms: 2 with king-size beds; 3 twins convertible to kings). 2 additional beds available for an extra charge. Living Area : Air-conditioned living and dining room with table for 12; outdoor dining pavilion with table for 12; lounge pavilion; rooftop terrace. Swimming Pool : 17m x 5m x 1.3m.
The six bedroom Villa 3514 is equally charming. The villa features a private 16-metre pool with a sun deck and relaxation pavilion, indoor and outdoor dining rooms, spacious grounds and a kids? bunkroom. Capacity : 10 adults and 4 children (5 ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds, 3 of which is convertible to twin beds, plus 1 kids? bedroom with 4 bunk beds). 2 extra beds may be set up on request (additional charge). Living Area : Living room with TV area; indoor dining for 14; outdoor dining for 12; poolside relaxation bale. Together the villas? offer 11 bedrooms and are ideal for large weddings and special event. Swimming Pool : 16m x 7m. 0.6m-1.3m depth.
