Villa 4499 is located in Choeng Mon, top East-Northern corner of the island. The Estate is just 10 minutes from the airport. Beautiful Choeng Mon beach is within walking distance and both of popular Chaweng beach, with its shops and nightlife, and Bophut Fisherman's village with its vibrant restaurants, are only a fifteen minute's drive away.
This stunning modern four bedroom villa is located on one of the Premier Estates in Koh Samui. The Villa is an eclectic mix of Thai styles and modern comforts. Designed with an extremely large open plan dining and living area downstairs, with four spacious bedrooms upstairs leading off a teak floored hallway, this is a villa that blends old with new. The unusual collection of Asian antiques, collected by the owner over a number of years, is on display for all guests to enjoy. The teak flooring is carried through all of the bedrooms as well as the rather magnificent staircase. The 65 square metre black tiled pool, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, also boasts a built in Jacuzzi that can be enjoyed whilst sipping a sundowner with friends. The outside bar is also a great gathering place in the evenings (or a good place to get out of the sun in the daytime) and is relaxing with its own music system. All of this with stunning views over Choeng Mon beach and the islands to the west of Samui and Koh Phangan to the North. The villa is air conditioned throughout but sometimes the balmy tropical winds at night are much nicer than the artificially cooled air of modern life. There is a separate TV area although it is an integral part of the living/dining area. In addition, all of the bedrooms have satellite TV so different channels can be enjoyed by all residents.
