The development and build of Villa 4720 took over 5 years in the making and has been built to offer a luxury 5 star resort style experience all within a private luxury villa setting for customers looking for an intimate and relaxing getaway.
Neatly tucked away underneath the LED lit stairs up to the villa's rooftop bar sits a beautiful sauna important from Finland. The sauna can comfortably fit 3 people with two separate seating areas to choose from.
There is a playground is situated in the rear garden of the villa. This multi activity place centre is perfect for young children to climb and explore, swing and slide! This handmade custom wooden construction contains a climbing wall, binoculars to look out over the rice field, a sandpit, a lovely slide and two fun swings to enjoy!
The villa has golf green. This all weather golf green comes with its own flag and bunker using ocean sand from Phuket to practice your bunker shots. Golf clubs are available to use and Pro V1 balls as well.

The 1100 square meter interior houses the 4 bedrooms with 4 king bedrooms, all en-suite.
The bedrooms all feature rain showers and imported tiles which have been designed in a beautiful hotel style finish.
All of our bedrooms use a very high quality memory foam ergonomic mattress that mould to the shape of your body and insures an incredibly relaxing and comfortable sleep.
All of the bedrooms also have electronic blackout blinds as well.
