Villa 4426 is Samujana?s original villa and as a result it occupies one of the best positions on the estate witha fabulous elevated ocean view. The villa has four large en-suite bedrooms that accommodates up to 8 adults and the flexibility of an extra child?s bedroom/playroom or study room with its own powder room/shower room.
All bedrooms areequipped with hairdryers, in-room safes, with 1 extra bed & 1 crib available per villa. It has an outdoorshow kitchen with a bar, an adjoining dining area with spectacular views and with the added benefit of afully equipped and air conditioned internal kitchen.
There is a spacious outside living area overlooking 15meter infinity pool and the ocean. It has an air conditioned AV/TV room adjacent to the outside livingarea but also a fully equipped air conditioned gym. Beautiful internal and external landscaping and an infinity water feature. Parking for 2 cars, a separate store room, full backup generators and uniformed security.
