Welcome to the exclusive, private Villa 401. Situated on the Southern headland tip of Kata Beach and overlooking the entire bay, you will discover this secluded, luxury phuket villa with private beach access and remote controlled entry gate.
The traditional Thai style villa has four main buildings with six bedrooms set amongst elegant, ornamental gardens and pools with spectacular ocean views beyond. The larger pool has a jacuzzi and there is a smaller pool for children. At night the entire property is tastefully floodlit for a heavenly experience with both indoor and outdoor dining each seating 12.
BEDROOMS
The six spacious bedrooms consist of four king-sized beds and two with twin singles. Each has its own superb outlook, TV and luxury bathroom. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with wine cellar next to the lounge area and separate staff kitchen and quarters to the back of the property.
Kata Beach on Phuket?s West Coast, is known as one of the best swimming and surfing beaches. While offering the perfect, private villa vacation getaway it is also located within walking distance to some of the island's best restaurants; The Boat House and the Kata Grill.
It is 20 minutes? drive to Patong and 50 minutes? drive to Phuket International Airport.

The villa was everything it promised to be. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. We have already recommended the villa to various people who are seriously interested. The only issue we had was with the payment of the "included return airport transfer" Villa Getaways had included this in our booking but the villa staff advised that this was not the usual arrangement. We were able to provide proof and they waived the fee, but will need to be followed up with Villa owner. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

We have arrived back home and had a wonderful family holiday. The villa was even nicer than in the pictures, and the staff exceeded our expectations. I'm hoping that in a couple of months, I will be contacting you with regard to booking again for next year.
