Relax by the ` L shaped? swimming pool (9m x 4m) with comfortable sun loungers, bean bags and sun umbrellas. The pool is surrounded by landscaped palms and gardens, ferns, bougainvillea and frangipani trees also lush lawns.
Downstairs, is an open-plan living room and dining area along with a newly built fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The Living area has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with cable channels. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably with views and stair access to the swimming pool, gardens and to the expansive emerald rice terraces.
