The villa is blissfully tucked into a residential lane, mere minutes from the best beach clubs of Bali. Young adults can hire a car to step out and get a glimpse of Bali?s nightlife as the elders settle in for the night, cocooned in comfort and indulgent luxury.

With ramp access throughout the ground level, Villa 359 begs you to bring your elders and children along, making this a truly exceptional multi-generational family home. Our warm service envelopes you and allows you to settle in and relax. Days are best spent in the pool or within the air-conditioned comfort of the sunken living room which tastefully hides a large flat-screen television behind sliding wooden panels. Come evening and you will find yourself gravitating towards the garden gazebo next to the koi pond or the alfresco dining area on the rooftop terrace. Ask the chef to prepare a sumptuous barbecue feast for you as you sit back and enjoy a movie experience at the outdoor theatre with a 150-inch ALR screen. End your day with a soak in your personal jacuzzi or decompress in the sauna.

Villa Layout

  • Enter the villa via a double-height wooden door, onto a foyer leading to the infinity pool.
  • The two master bedrooms lie on each side of the foyer, with the living room on the left beyond the pool and the dining room on the right.
  • Walk around the pool deck towards the left and take the ramp down to the garden where you will find a gazebo and koi pond.
  • Stairs from the foyer lead up to the first level where the junior suite sits on the left side and a guest bedroom on the right.
  • Walk around the balcony on the right to reach the remaining two guest bedrooms.
  • At the end, a path takes you to the rooftop terrace, replete with outdoor dining and an open-air movie theatre.

  • Master Bedrooms 1 & 2: Located on the ground level, perfect for elderly guests, King-size beds with bedside tables and bamboo hanging lamps. Study desks in both the rooms. Ensuite bathrooms with standalone jacuzzis, replete with USB feature for music. Bathrooms are outfitted with high-end fittings by Toto and Hansgrohe. Large rain showers overlooking tropical greenery with bench seating. Master Bedroom 1 also has a sauna room. Ample storage, dressing area, safety deposit locker and air conditioning
  • Junior Suite 1: Located on the first floor, up a flight of steps. Large, king-size bed on an in-built concrete platform. Exposed concrete, jute and bamboo work. Study desk, air conditioning, and a flat-screen television. Ensuite bathroom has a skylight and a rainshower. Double sinks carved out of a single-stone - a marvelous piece of art
  • Guest Bedroom 1: Located adjacent to the Junior Suite 1, the Guest Bedroom 1 is large and caneasily accommodate three people (including one on a daybed). Air conditioning, flat-screen television and study desk. King-size bed with hanging lamps and safety deposit box. Ensuite bathroom with a rain shower
  • Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3: Both the rooms are located on a separate wing above the dining room. Twin beds for both bedrooms that can be converted in to king-size beds. Each room can also accommodate an extra daybed for an additionalperson/child. Easy access to the rooftop theatre. Ensuite bathroom with stone sinks and rain showers

  • A five-minute drive and you have your choice of beach clubs from Finns Beach Club to Cafe Del Mar and the new and gorgeous - Mari Beach Club.
  • The expanse of black volcanic sand at Berawa Beach ? perfect for surfing, sunset walks and people watchingis five minutes away as well and a quick 15-minute drive takes you into the heart of Seminyak, with its myriad acclaimed restaurants, boutiques and spas.
