The back of the villa opens to two-story balconies, a covered veranda that runs the length of the house, a pool running parallel to the shore and a hot tub covered by a pagoda. By the water, you?ll find a jet-ski lift and dock; closer to the house is a built-in grill and outdoor dining area.
The dramatic open-plan living area combines exotic Balinese style with contemporary flair. Wood floors and a beamed ceiling create a traditional envelope for sleek, dark wood furniture and comfortable white slipcovered sofas, while bright modern paintings lend a playful touch. When you?re not dining al-fresco, you can still enjoy a water view over dinner from the indoor dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has a long breakfast bar, and its ultra-sleek, grained wood cabinets have style to spare.
The villa has three bedrooms on its upper level and three bedrooms on its lower level. Upstairs, you?ll find the master bedroom, which has a California king bed, and en-suite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with a Queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom and terrace access. Downstairs, there?s one bedroom with a twin bed, and two bedrooms with queen beds and TVs.
From the villa?s location on Miami?s Venetian Islands, it?s 10 minutes to a grocery store, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, and 2.5 miles to South Beach. Lincoln Road and the Miami Beach Golf Course are just over 2 miles away, Ocean Drive and downtown Miami are just over 3 miles away, Coconut Grove is just over 8 miles away and Bal Harbour is 9 miles away. The Miami airport is a 13-mile drive, and the Fort Lauderdale airport is about a 28-mile trip.
