Luxury Villa 4858 is a pioneering new private residence and estate that is the culmination of more than three years of passion, dedication and perseverance by its owner and its Architect/Designer Fredo Taffin.

Luxury Villa 4858 is a sublime private residence and resort on the west coast of Phuket. Overlooking Bang Tao Bay and the Andaman Sea to the south and West, 98? East is secluded but not remote, promising absolute privacy.

The Main Residence contains 2,500 m2 of living space and ancillary buildings (including Tennis Court, Staff Quarters, and Manager?s House make a total built-up area of 4,200 m2). The built-up areas are however only a small percentage of the very spacious 2 hectares of land that comprises 98? East. The southern boundary of the land has 110 metres of sea frontage.

  • Capacity:
    • Accomodate up to 12 persons (6 en-suite bedrooms).
    • One additional guest can be accommodated in the same room with additional supplement charge of USD1000 + 7% vat per person per night.

    • On the upper floor four full bedroom suites with gracious living areas, balconies, walk-in closets and sumptuous white granite bathrooms that are oases unto themselves.
    • Two bedroom suites occupy separate edifices nestled at either end of the expansive pool terrace.

    • The central living area is both spacious and ambient with soaring ceilings, two-storey glass doors, overlooking the pool terrace and the sweeping Bay views.
    • High ceilings coupled with expansive terraces result in an integration of interior and exterior spaces.
  • Dining:
    • A private chef and a range of dining options from formal table for 12 to intimate Balinese sala ensure the satisfaction of even the most discerning Epicureans.
    • 20% surcharge on all food & beverage purchased at cost price
  • Facilities:
    • pool, table tennis, badminton, petanque, snorkeling, kayaks, fishing equipment, mountain bikes, a 1200 film video library, satellite television and Wi-Fi.
  • Staff:
    • Direct villa staff include the Thai Chef, Butler and two maids (from 7.30am to 9.30pm daily), overseen by the Estate Manager.
    • Additional staff, such as babysitters and drivers can be outsourced on request, but cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability.
    • Overtime hours for staff will be charged at THB 500 per hour per staff. Additional staff is required will be charged at THB 1200 per staff for 8hours shift. For stays from 20th Dec to 6th Jan,additional staff if required will be charged at THB 2000 per staff for 8hours shift.
