I have stayed in a variety of luxury houses around the world but this one far surpassed the others. This house epitomizes the ultimate in luxury with breathtaking views and staff that attend to your needs as if one was royalty. The food was to die for, all prepared by an in-house chef. Luxury homes like these offer a unique experience in travel and far surpass staying in a hotel. If you are travelling in a group or large family and looking for an extraordinary experience you will be blown away by this one. We will certainly be returning here in the near future. It was with great sadness that we left this little " piece of paradise". We are deeply grateful to the hosts for their generosity in opening up their house to us.

We had an ABSOLUTE ball!!! I completely fell in love with the villa and will go back in the future again for sure. It was really sad to leave and especially the staff who were just AMAZING!!! The food was unbelievable and we at like kings. It was a real pleasure to meet Eric and Oh the owners, such beautiful and hospitable people. Thank you for all your assistance. Kind regards Mel

We had an amazing time at Villa 423. The staff were amazing and very accommodating with our special food needs etc. Boot was unbelievable! We wanted to take her home with us. Hopefully we will be able to get back there one day soon. Or use you guys for another villa somewhere in the world.

The moment I arrived at the front gate of the complex and was refused entry until my identity was validated I felt a sense of safety and security and I knew that I had picked the right property for us. Whilst very courteous, the security staff were rigorous with their procedures and I welcomed that - a job well done. The Villa complex is stunningly beautiful. The design of the hard and soft landscaping on the approach to villa 1 hinted that something magical lay beyond and yes, there was, behind that beautiful antique blue door was Khun Boot and her staff, warm welcoming smiles, cool towels and drinks. It literally was like entering another world. One of safety security peace, tranquility, relaxation, ..... I could go on but I'm sure you have heard it all before. The villa was simply magnificent. Fixtures, fittings, furniture, antiquities everything was just beautiful and exceeded expectations.

Fantastic property in the perfect location. Due to its unique position on the peninsular we missed most of the storms Phuket threw at us during the 10 days. A special mention to Boot and the villa team for taking care of our every need! A perfect relaxing way to spend the summer break.
