There are four bedrooms all with private bathrooms, an extensive swimming pool and garden. A highlight is the outdoor Thai sala containing a romantic Jacuzzi offering fabulous sea views.
There are several super comfortable lounge areas to accommodate all guests and spacious outdoor spaces for sunbathing, dining and socialising. The ground floor of the villa houses the two master suites with king-size beds and a balcony that leads to the pleasant garden area and lawn. The second master has its own balcony and both suites have spacious bathrooms with whirlpool tubs and separate showers. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds that can be changed to king-size each with a private bathroom and shower. The fifth air-conditioned bedroom has a single bed and bathroom used as a maid?s room or guest bedroom.

Each villa has its own car parking area and additional parking spaces can be found at the estate entrance, to limit traffic movement. There are private golf carts to transport guests from this parking area to the villas. These luxury carts are available 24-hours to transport guests between the estate, the beach and Patong hotspots.
