Located in the quiet, secluded north west of Koh Samui in Baan Makaam, this hide away gem enjoys a stunning hill location, with panoramic views over Ang Thong Marine Park and Nathon, the capital of Koh Samui, with its bustling port and quaint old Samui shopping. With an almost continuous balmy breeze the villas are naturally cooled by the elements. The Estate is 40 minutes from the airport and the secluded location is ideal for people looking for a getaway from it all vacation.
The villa is really spacious and benefits from large glass doors opening to the sea view terrace and master bedroom balcony. They sleep 6 to 8 people in three double bedrooms, with a sofabed in the living room. All bedrooms have luxury en-suite marble bathrooms and air-conditioning. The beautiful open plan living and dining area boasts full height glass doors opening directly onto your private terrace and pool, with far reaching sea views. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar.
The living area is flooded with light and the wonderful panoramic views can be enjoyed from inside as well as out. The decoration is tasteful and neutral ? the furnishings are great quality and in keeping with local styles. There is a large dining table that seats eight people and the kitchen has a bar with four comfortable bar stools where you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch.
The lounge area is spacious and very comfortable, with chairs, sofas, large-screen TV, DVD player and free wi-fi.
Upstairs the three bedrooms are large and comfortable, with en suite marbled bathrooms/ shower rooms. Bedroom 3 has two single beds which can be pushed together if preferred. The master bedroom has fabulous floor to ceiling windows with a wonderful panoramic view. The large L shaped balcony to the master bedroom has a large sofa and chairs with coffee table.
