Villa Akira in Koh Samui is a brand new luxury 5-bedroom villa in the hills of Laem Yai with some of the best sea views on Samui.
This villa certainly packs a punch with its uninterrupted views over Laem Yai and Nathon Bays.
The views from the enormous picture windows in the main living areas are simply breathtaking. There is a good size lounge equipped with home theatre, dining for 10 and state of the art Gio Kitchen complete with breakfast bar and high spec appliances.
There is one bedroom off the main living area, three further bedrooms on the upper level including the master and the 5th bedroom is located on the lower level near the infinity edge pool and outdoor living area.
Resident Villa Staff
The resident villa staff will ensure Villa Akira is kept clean and tidy during your stay, whilst the english speaking manager is available to cater for all of your specific needs during your stay. A guest relations manager will visit you shortly after check-in to arrange any optional tour, excursions, car hire, boat charter etc.., although we encourage guests to pre-book these with us to guarantee availabilitity.
Private airport transfer
Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from Villa Akira are complimentary (one each way) when staying five paid (excluding promotions) nights or more. A villa manager will meet and greet you at the airport ensuring your transfer to the villa is smooth and effortless. For split parties (i.e. parties with multiple arrival or depature times) additional airport transfer can be booked for US$45 each way.
Shopping Service
Prior to your arrival we will send you a food and wine shopping list allowing us to stock the villa with your favourites foods and beverages (on guest's account).
Linen Service Bed linen is changed every third day, while pool towels are changed as necessary.
