Livingroom

  • The main living room is incredibly spacious with bi-fold glass doors connecting the space with the poolside deck.
  • Leave the doors open to enjoy the fresh breeze or close them to cool off with the AC on.
  • The room itself centres around a generous arrangement of sofas, surrounded by unique pieces of art and antiques from the owners? collection.
  • To the side of the same room, you?ll find a cool game lounge with a billiard table and more seating.
  • One level above this grand space is another living room, this one offering a relaxed lounge seating area and a flatscreen TV.

  • The villa?s grand dining table is housed in the air-conditioned living room which adjoins the poolside deck through glass doors.
  • Whether you prefer to dine with the doors open or closed, you?ll be treated to sublime views over the pool and out to the ocean.
  • There is a sleek guest kitchen built to the side of this same space, with a staff kitchen and Thai kitchen for cooking spicy dishes tucked further back.
