From Villa 4545 inception we wanted to create the best premium villa in Phuket, and offer our guests the perfect recipe of a luxury holiday, which will allow the attainment of bliss and happiness.
We have found a unique place for our villa, it's located in a small complex of 10 fabulous villas near the best beaches of Phuket - Surin and Bang Tao. Due to its location at an altitude of more than 70 meters, a villa has open stunning views of the sea, pristine nature and natural rock waterfall.
Project Villa 4545 was developed and implemented by a team of Italian architects and designers. Panoramic windows create an atmosphere of genuine unity with the surrounding space. You can feel it everywhere. Areas of huge balconies surpass the areas of small apartments, some of the rooms resemble a presidential suite at the hotel and green roof is used for parties up to 50 people, as well as for morning yoga classes. Like in a mountain waterfall, sea water from the pool falls down from a height of 7 meters on the glass of the balcony.
Perfect design of the villa is able to satisfy the most demanding customers and to create a sense of inner harmony. For interiors we used only natural and rare materials. Rooms are filled with handmade furniture made of solid teak in natural colors. The walls are decorated with auction lithographs by Warhol, Miro, Picasso (each work is signed by the author), there?re also paintings by famous Thai painters. Huge mirrors reflect the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the world.
You might assume that the service in the villas will not just be of the high level. The rental price includes transfer from and to the airport, cleaning every day, our own microbus will also be taking guests to the beaches 2-3 times a day, a coffee maker and refrigerator in every bedroom, gorgeous breakfast and much, much more. Our staff is always in the villa to help you out, so we are friends with our guest and are doing everything possible to remain friends for years to come. Come see for yourself.
