Welcome to Villa Amonteera, one of Phuket?s most spacious luxury rental properties, and a place you?ll be inspired to call home for a while.

Situated in the majestic green hills of Northwestern Phuket, and overlooking the glorious sun-drenched sands of Bangtao and Surin Beaches, the villa offers what may just be the best view on the island. Gaze northwest all the way to Phang Nga. Look to the southwest over the Amanpuri resort, or relax over a glass of wine while savoring the phenomenal sunsets.

Even with the spectacular outdoor setting that makes the most of our incredible views, the opulence and comfort of the modern interior at the villa may make it difficult to decide whether to spend your time indoors or out. Sophisticated and understated, Villa Amonteera was designed to showcase the contemporary style of our decor and art work. And perhaps best of all, the 1800 square meters of luxurious living space features ten bedrooms and eleven bathrooms that can easily accommodate up to 18 adults and 2 children in full comfort.

Indoors

  • The ground floor houses our staff quarters, food and beverage stores, and the kitchen, which provides a variety of Thai, Western, and Indian menus. Just tell our chef which menu will suit your group best in advance and enjoy experiencing the variety of dishes served with your friends. Though we do sell cigars, please note that tobacco may not be smoked indoors and that any drugs apart from alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited on our premises. The ground floor is also where we kindly request that guests leave their shoes.
  • The 8 king size bed rooms are decorated in modern fashion with built in closets, 46-55 inch flat screen TVs with satellite TV and DVD players, air conditioning, balconies, and en-suite bathrooms with showers and jacuzzis (all but one). The Master Bedroom Suite consists of one of the king size rooms, located on the corner with large windows, and the room with a queen sized bed. The two spaces share a bathroom which has two showers rather than a shower and a jacuzzi.
  • There are plenty of spaces for socializing and private relaxation including our library, the dining area by the swimming pool, the pool table, several rooftop areas, a movie room, and our spa area.

Outdoors

  • Sun beds and king-size day beds overlook the sparkling sea, and surround the magnificent 19-meter infinity pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall shower. Large Salas provide comfortable seating for multiple guests, and allow you the opportunity to enjoy meals out of doors. Or why not relax with a drink from the outdoor bar, and head up to the roof terrace to enjoy the splash pool and experience those incredible views that allow you to see forever during the day, and to touch the stars at night.
  • Sometimes it?s the little things that guests remember most about their stay at Villa Amonteera. Maybe it?s the wine cellar, cigar collection or billiards room. Maybe it?s the way the Villa?s setting encourages the natural and refreshing cross breezes that effectively keep the area?s mosquitoes at bay. Or perhaps it?s even the fact that almost 100 square meters of solar panels hidden away on the Sala roofs provide the bulk of our electricity and hot water.   • At Villa Amonteera, the choice is always up to you. Can?t decide? Then might we suggest booking a traditional Thai massage or some other decadent spa treatment for yourself, with service that can be easily arranged (at guest?s cost).

The Staff

  • The staff of Villa Amonteera is at your service for the entire length of your stay with us.
  • Their role is to ensure that your visit is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, and at least one staff member will be available to you from early in the morning until 10:00 pm in the evening.
  • This is a premier class accommodation with full service, and our staff welcomes you as their privileged guest.

Chauffeur Services During Your Stay

  • During your stay, our driver and van are at your disposal daily 08:00-17:00. Due to new Phuket regulations in 2017, no more than 11 guests may travel in the van.
  • The cost of this service is the price of the fuel, which is quite inexpensive in Thailand.
  • If you need the driver during other hours, the price is 500 Baht/hour plus fuel if the driver is available.
  • If your group is too large for the van or if the driver is not available outside his working hours, other transportation can be arranged by our manager.
  • Phuket van services usually have fixed prices for set tours or destinations.
  • As the prices vary on a case-by-case basis and are subject to changes, the manager will inform you of the cost of each requested trip.

Floor by floor tour

The elevator (110cm * 90cm) starts by the guest entrance and stops on Levels 2, 3, and 4. The half levels and the 5th floor are accessible only via stairs.

  • Level 1: Floor 1 is the bottom floor. It has no bedrooms or social areas for guests. The guest entrance to the villa is also here, by the parking area so that guests can access the villa without getting wet should the weather be bad (which happens rarely on Phuket. The rooms are our staff quarters, food and beverage stores, and the kitchen, which provides a variety of Thai, Western, and Indian menus
  • Level 1.5: Between floor 1 and 2 lies our fully equipped gym with strength training machines, a variety of tread mills, free weights, and other gym equipment. The gym is the area at the top of the Level 1 floor plan with large window facing to the ocean,as the elevator stops only on the main floors, one must either go down to the gym from the 2nd floor or up from the 1st via the stairs
  • Level 2: The second floor has one king-sized bed bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a 1-person jacuzzi facing the ocean, one king size bedroom in the former spa area, and one king size bedroom with bathroom (in the former kids? room (no ocean view). This floor also has the movie room and a pool table.
  • Level 2.5: Between floor 2 and floor 3 is a king-sized bed bedroom with a 2-person jacuzzi in the en-suite bathroom. This is shown at the top of floorplan 2.
  • Level 3: The 3rd floor has 4 king sized bed bedrooms with ocean views. They all have jacuzzis except for the Master Bedroom (at the bottom of the floor plan). Connected to the Master Bedroom is a room with a study area and the queen-sized bed. The Master bedroom shares its 2-shower bathroom with the queen-sized bed bedroom. This floor also has the library common area.
  • Level 3.5: Between floors 3 and 4 is a king-sized bed bedroom with 2-person jacuzzi. This is shown at the top of floorplan 3.
  • Level 4: Floor 4 has the most used common areas including the dining area and infinity pool (19m * 3.5m * 1.3m) with its magnificent views. There is also an open area next to the pool where the villa?s many weddings are arranged.
  • Level 4.5: Up the stairs from Floor 4 lies the last king-sized bed bedroom with 2-person jacuzzi. This, possibly Villa Amonteera?s best bedroom (albeit the Master Bedroom is larger) with a stairway leading from the balcony to the infinity pool, is shown at the top of floorplan 4.
  • Level 5: The 5th floor is the absolute top of the building. It is furnished with sun chairs and a covered social area with chairs and table. The commanding transparent front rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the entire coastline is also located on the 5th floor. Please note that the elevator does not reach the 5th floor, which is only accessible via a narrow staircase on the back of the building.

The Cuisine

  • New menus have just been developed and we ask that you order your dinner for the 1st evening in advance to allow staff the chance to purchase ingredients.
  • Meals will be arranged with the manager and breakfast is typically served every morning 08:00-10:00.
  • If you submit requests for special dishes, the chef and manager will consider and respond. The main concerns are whether or not the dishes can be well prepared and what the price should be. If a change of menus is requested after food has been purchased, extra cost will be incurred.
  • Should guests wish to order food from restaurants to the villa, the villa will charge a 15% fee on the price of the food for service

Location

  • Phuket International Airport is a 30 minute drive.
  • Laguna and Banyan Tree Resort & Golf Club is a 10 minute drive.
  • Blue Canyon Golf Club is a 20 minute drive.
  • Phuket International Hospital, Central Department Store and the bright lights of Patong is a 20 minutes drive.
  • The nearest beaches are Surin and Bang Tao. They can be reached in 20-30 minutes on foot, but using our driver is recommended.

  • Please note that standard prices are for a maximum of 18 adults and 2 children.
  • Outdoor shoes are NOT allowed in the villa. Villa provide indoor slippers if required.
  • 3-night minimum stay for bookings that include a wedding reception.
  • Tipping ? prices do not include tips for staff, please tip at your discretion when you have received good service.

Our group of 24 recently stayed at this incredible villa in Phuket, and it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight for us was definitely the stunning ocean view from the living area on the 4th floor?absolutely breathtaking. We spent most of our time there, soaking in the view and enjoying each other?s company. The villa itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and have their own space when needed. The gym was a nice touch, but honestly, we spent most of our time lounging in the amazing pool?it was perfect for hanging out all day. The location was also fantastic?just a short distance from both Kamala Beach and Patong Beach, making it easy to enjoy a bit of everything from beach days to nightlife. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all so attentive and friendly. Our host, Sai, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, responding within minutes at any time of day. It truly felt like having a personal concierge service. This villa is top-notch, and I?d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. That ocean view alone is worth it?simply stunning!
