Baan Hinta Villa in Koh Samui is a newly completed beach front development that features two epic villas that are setting a new benchmark for architecture and interior creations on Samui. This masterpiece uniquely sits on a dramatic sloping site with a series of giant granite boulders cascading into the sea.

Located in the Lamai area, this multi-tiered architectural jewel is the perfect beach retreat for large families and groups, thanks to its five large bedrooms, generous-sized infinity pool, communal poolside deck, fully-integrated entertainment system, gourmet kitchen and dramatic en-suite bathrooms built into the beach's natural rock formation.

This is tropical living at its best - with a cavernous living and dining area situated in the main pavilion, opening up to views of the private beach below thanks to folding glass walls. Find yourself relaxing beside the gorgeous infinity pool, or meander over to your private shaded sitting areas located next to each room, or take the wooden steps down to the master suite below which boasts a separate timber deck complete with hammocks!

There's also a private beach toexplore, as well as the villa's own kayak and paddle board to conquer the seas. Fall in love with the villa's natural and tropical interior design -one of the highlights is its use of timber flooring, luminous natural light, and superb traditional artwork. All rooms boast sea views. One of the bedrooms can be used as a children's room, thanks to two twin beds. The sunset view from the hammocks is worth writing home about, whilst the outdoor cinema is perfect for balmy, island evenings.

Things To Do

  • The nightlife in Chaweng is one of the best on the island. You?ll find many lively beachside bars,pubs, and restaurants all on one long strip adjacent to the beach
  • Shopping opportunities in Chaweng include Central Festival Samui, and the walking street and night market, with their many food stalls and retail booths
  • For a bit of family fun, head to Samui Easy Kart for go-karting and indoor-skydiving
  • The Lad Koh View Point is a great place to enjoy views of the Gulf of Thailand. The view point faces east, so it?s also worth waking up really early to catch the beautiful sunrise here
  • Further south of Chaweng is Lamai Beach, which is far quieter than Chaweng. There is fine white sand and deep enough waters for swimming.
  • The Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks (Grandfather and Grandmother) at the southern end of Lamai Beach draw visitors who marvel at the fascinating (if not also suggestive) rock formations. The waters around the rocks are typically crystal clear, though too shallow for swimming.
  • Also visit Lamai Viewpoint, which offers tours to natural attractions in the area, as well as an exciting zipline ride for the daring.
  • Visit Fisherman?s Village, Bophut Beach, the dining hub of Koh Samui with over 40 restaurants, many of them beachfront or on the sand itself. Most shops and restaurants are open from late morning or early afternoon. The Village becomes a vibrant ?Walking Street? and is closed to traffic from 5pm on Fridays.
  • Enjoy golfing at Santiburi Golf Course. The world-class course is set amidst a reserved coconut palm plantation with panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam
  • Silver Beach, otherwise called Crystal Beach, sits along the cliffs that separate Lamai from the Chaweng area
  • The 12-metre tall seated Buddha statue represents Buddha?s journey to enlightenment and is asymbol of meditation and purity
