Situated atop a hill, the villa provides complete privacy and the traditional Thai style architecture is featured alongside all modern amenities. Upon entering Talaefun Villa's Thai traditional gate, a stairway leads up to the first level where 2 buildings mirroring each other house 3 guest bedrooms. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned with either king-sized or twin beds, ensuite bathrooms, and open onto the terrace.
All the bedrooms are very comfortable and the black marble ensuite bathrooms have rain showers and double washbasins. Stunning views can be had from the bedrooms and numerous terraces with spectacular night lights displaying along the coastline. A stairway next to the Sala leads to a double and twin bedroom with their own ensuites and a spa room which overlooks the lawns and sea.
Further up, reachable by both a private elevator and a stairway, is a foyer in the first building of the main level. There is a spacious family kitchen to the left (with Nespresso coffee machine) while to the right side the elegantly stylish dining room seats up to 12 guests. Both the kitchen and dining room enjoy complete privacy and stunning views.
Going further from the foyer are pathways across the spacious lawn leading to the master bedroom pavilion on the left, living pavilion (plus a study) on the right, and the infinity edged lap pool with wooden decking on the opposite end. Next to the pool is a garden gazebo which is known as Sala in Thai, with a dining deck perfect for dinner parties.
The living pavilion features comfortable couches and state of the art audio video entertainment system, and a terrace which overlooks the ocean. Stylish interior decoration makes the living area both enchanting and comfortable with traditional Thai style elements. It also houses a study and a powder room. The master bedroom pavilion houses the bedroom with a king-sized bed, spacious terrace overlooking the ocean, and ensuite bathroom with double washbasin and large bathtub.
