Please note: We can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults at the villa . Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times. A $250 exit clean fee and $25 per person, per stay linen hire fee applies to all bookings. All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.
