The top-level features four large bedrooms - three with ensuites, complete with full wet wall walk-in showers, vanities and heated towel rails.
The lower level has its own living area and large deck, plus two generous bunkrooms; with one double and five single beds in each room. There an ensuite bathroom in each room, plus an additional powder room.
The house is fitted with all the mod cons including Sky TV, WiFi, multiple TV's, home theatre and an iPod docking station.
6137 comes with its own mooring for easy access by boat. There are stunning walks that start right outside the back deck, including the world-renowned Cape Brett walkway.
There is access to two fantastic beaches (Hauai bay 3mins walk & Oke bay 5 minutes). Both are sheltered bays - great for swimming, fishing and rock hopping!
