The house is an impressive 2 story 3 bedroom holiday home sitting directly beach side. This quality home is very well appointed and equipped. It is a super comfy property where you can sit on the expansive deck and watch the world go by. Its short private path leads down from the front of the house to the pristine white sands of Oneroa Beach.
The entrance level is a large open plan design containing a fully equipped designer kitchen (including gas Hobbs) and all the bits you may require to create that gourmet meal. The lounge/dining room run off from the kitchen, all opening via full length bi-fold doors onto a large tiled deck/entertainment area which has outdoor furniture and the all important barbecue.
The lounge is comfortably appointed and equipped with a sky tv, stereo and dvd. The master bedroom which is also on this level has a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom. This bedroom enjoys relaxing views over the bay.
Downstairs there is a further lounge room with kitchenette, TV and stereo and this also opens onto a further spacious deck and entertainment area overlooking the bay. This level has the further 2 bedrooms, one with split king and the other with a queen. Both having views over the bay. There is a further bathroom servicing these 2 bedrooms as well as a separate guest toilet.
