On-Site Staff: We provide a concierge house manager, private chef, 24/7 live-in groundskeeper, and daily housekeeping. Our staff will welcome you upon arrival, keep things tidy and make sure all the little touches are just right. Linens and towels changed every 3 days, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned daily. Chef service includes 3 meals per day, Sundays are extra, and groceries are not included.
Kitchen: Chef service is included Mon-Sat (Sundays and all groceries are extra), we provide water-coolers for drinking/cooking, and gourmet coffee and some welcome snacks. Grocery stores for all your needs are easily located in Tulum and grocery shopping can be coordinated with your chef. We?ve got a blender, toaster, outdoor grill, oven, citrus juicer, french coffee press, and a bunch more gear.
Bed, Bath & Body: Lather up with our locally made eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and soaps. Due to our delicate wetlands system we provide all your sudsing needs. We ask our guests to be mindful of their water use. Our water is harvested from the rain which means it is precious in supply and is non-drinkable (drinking water provided).
Water Amenities: We?ve got a two-person kayak, snorkel gear for 3 adults, kids beach toys, games, books, lounge chairs, 2 shade umbrellas, projector with pulldown screen and wifi to connect to your streaming services, and 5 hammocks.
Luxe SUITES
Suite1 : The Beach bedroom is down a short hall off the main living space on the 1st floor. It?s adjacent to the pool (but still private) and opens out onto a patio with hammock and then a couple steps down to the sand, and then to the beach. The view is mostly palm trees and a bit of ocean through the trees. The patio wall has sliding wood doors that open up the room. This room might be the most active because of its prime location to pool, kitchen and living room.

Suite2: The Garden bedroom is down a short hall off the main living space opposite the Beach Suite. The patio wall has sliding wood doors that open up the room.
