A beautiful villa set in a stunning Galluran countryside, built on a rocky slope, this property has tiered levels spread across two floors, each being almost self-contained from the other by a staircase or dividing door. The upper floor features a grand piano and a comfortable lounge area housing a prominent engraved stone fireplace. High ceilings allow for a mezzanine to sit high above the mantelpiece displaying some interesting artefacts, and a nautical theme appears throughout the property with netting, model boats, pictures of ships and the use of iron. With great attention to detail and many personal touches, the villa provides a real home from home. Outside the sense of space continues... There is a choice of terraces and balconies either overlooking the pool or by the barbecue area, and there are ample sun loungers around the pool - ideal spot to relax and take in the scenery. For those who can tear themselves away, the glorious beaches dotted along the Costa Smeralda are within a few minutes drive whilst traditional village of San Pantaleo can be found at equal distance in the opposite direction.
