This magnificent villa is situated on the North Eastern coast for Sardinia and is a short drive to the popular resort town of Porto San Paolo and the famous `Gold Coast?. The home has expansive panoramic views overlooking the pool and out the Islands of Molara and Tavolara.
The villa is spread over two floors and there is access to both floors from the garden that surrounds the villa, alongside the large swimming pool, there is a Jacuzzi for those who want to kick back and relax.
Large terraces surround the house and boast comfortable sofas and an alfresco dining table that can seat 12 with stunning views of the coast, and indoors you?ll find comfortable and luxurious furnishings with true Sardinian charm, there is a fully equipped kitchen and everything you?ll need for entertaining.
There are four bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, both have access to their own bathrooms and are luxuriously furnished with fine linens and amenities. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
