The villa is in Praiano, a village a few km far from Positano, on the Amalfi Coast, at a few steps from the main road. Even if close to the main road the villa is very quite and enjoys an astonishing view on the sea.
Outside:terraces, green spaces, big swimming pool with chaises longues and umbrellas, changing room with toilet, outside table with 10-12 seats, lounge corners, pizza oven .
Inside: big living room, dining room with a table with 8 seats, kitchen, one bathroom. All there rooms have access to the terrace.
A stair around 20 steps leads to the first level where there are 6 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Each room has access to the terrace.
1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom. The rooms have external access from a small path inside the property.
