Villa 1413 is part of a brand new three-villa complex perched right over what is perhaps the most popular beach on Mykonos. From its elevated position, it offers views over the Aegean Sea and the island of Naxos while being within a one-minute drive to the beach itself.
The private swimming pool, built a flight of steps down from the property, plays a leading role in the villa's outdoor areas. An attractive terrace has in fact been built around the pool, which includes a shaded, Teak furnished pergola for outdoor dining, a barbeque and mini bar with sound system along with a stone-built lounge area. All this contributes to making this area suitable for any time of the day, from the early swim to after dinner cocktails, overlooking the beach.
The villa's interiors are designed to separate the bedrooms from the living areas, as the entrance floor features spaces solely dedicated to relaxation and dining. The modern and smart kitchen, the airy living room and comfortable TV-lounge area are all on this floor and all allow access to the outdoor terrace. The furnishing is a combination of typical Cycladic -stone built sitting areas- with modern minimalist decor, leather couches, table and chairs in iron and glass- and is equipped with all modern comforts.
All bedrooms are on the lower level, all with access to the downstairs patio leading to the staircase down to the swimming pool. Each bedroom has been appointed with delightful furniture and modern amenities such as air-conditioning and TV.
