This sea-facing property consists of a main house, a guest house and a staff house, offering plenty of independence to different members of the group.
Generous outdoor chilling areas complement the vast pool area, which also has a shaded dining space, bar and breakfast table, and a sunken seating area shaded by an ancient cedar tree. A fast-maturing garden with young orchards and a vineyard showcasing 12 varieties of grape flank the house and offer welcome touches of lushness.
With amenities and features that are usually found in larger houses, and wonderfully located within walking distance near pretty villages and beaches, it is ideal for a family or a small group of friends.
Its underground wine cellar, fully equipped gym, tennis court, state of the art audio/visual installations and big swimming pool make this property a true gem.

While enjoying privacy and seclusion within the expansive grounds, from the house guests can walk through the garden and across a couple of fields to a small, narrow beach of large pebbles. Going in the opposite direction one can walk to the beaches and restaurants of the pretty and lively village of Aliki.

    • Located at quite a distance from the main house and next to the tennis court, the guest house is accessed by the living room, which opens to an outdoor sitting area and has two very big guest rooms on each side

    • Located behind the guest house, on the terrace of which is an elevated sitting area offering great views to the sea and sunset.

Bedrooms

  • Master Bedroom: located at main house - ground floor, past the kitchen with enormous en suite bathroom, views to the pool and private open air shower
  • Two independent guest rooms: located at main house - ground floor, both of which have sea views, one also views to the house garden, each one has a sofa bed that opens into a 160cm bed and with en suite shower rooms as well as sharing an open air shower.
  • Two very big guest rooms: located at Guest House. Both with kitchenettes that have fridge, coffee machine and hobs, offering independence to the guest since the main house is not so close by. Further more each room has a sofa bed that opens into a 160cm bed and en suite shower rooms as well as open air showers.
