By marrying spare lines, glamorous materials, and a magnificent location, the architect/owner has created a light, airy and hip space with impeccable taste, for guests to gaze out over the horizon and experience the calm, cool vibe of Mykonos at its best.
A wide terrace flagged with sandstone and a pool that stretches out to the horizon offer a fantastic view point over Super Paradise beach, with dining and seating areas under pergolas.
Inside, the main space is an open plan living area, with a sandstone floor, which extends to a wonderful kitchen and dining area. At one end of this space is a guest double bedroom with a stunning dark marble bathroom that opens onto the pool terrace. A central floating staircase with wooden rises leads up to two master bedrooms suites on the top floor. Both have french doors opening onto a shared terrace. The bathrooms are sumptuous, with oval free standing bathtubs, large shower rooms, twin wash basins (the master bathroom has silver basins.) Sliding doors hide built-in cupboards.
A separate guest apartment with its own independant entrance provides a fourth double bedroom with another glorious bathroom that opens onto the pool terrace.
To the rear of the main space is a study with wireless internet.
