The Château is a secular residence, from which construction began in XII century to be completed many decades later. It has been entirely restored as from 1960 to become an exceptional place today, charged with history and amazingly contemporary. It is located in the Gascogne countryside, in full heart of a generous and green nature which extends as far as the eye can see, to a few kilometers of the small village of Montreal of Gers, 80 kilometers of the Atlantic Coast and Pyrenées. Huddled in a park of 12 hectares, the property articulated around an interior gravel court is divided into three completely independent dwellings, arranged with taste and furnished with sobriety with beautiful ancient pieces.
