The villa is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat nestled in the community of Las Catalinas, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The living room is comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is flawlessly equipped with stainless steel appliances. A queen size bed awaits in the master bedroom and guest bedrooms.
All rooms and areas feature A/C, ceiling fans, TV, WiFi, and phone. Daily housekeeping, concierge service, and beach club access are included.
