Part of a larger resort near Rio Grande in Puerto Rico, 1252 is a great family vacation villa. Located near a rainforest and golf course, there?s plenty of green space to help make you feel relaxed and at one with nature during your stay. When you?re looking to escape city life but still have the modern conveniences you?re used to, 1252 is a first-class choice for your time away. Sleeping a maximum of seven guests, the property is spacious and has the benefit of being only a five minute walk to Sugar Beach ? ideal if you have a young family who don?t want to walk too far.
One of the many brilliant things about staying here is the sheer number of things to do. There?s a shared swimming pool, barbecue and tennis court for when you?ve got some energy to burn off. If exercise isn?t on your agenda, then sitting quietly on your balcony watching the world go by may be more appealing. After your evening meal at the resort restaurant or in the privacy of your vacation villa, you can watch a movie on the impressive home theater system or surf the web and catch up with what you?ve been missing at home.
Browns, creams and beige tones dominate the decor inside 1252 make for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and there?s also a more formal dining table for evening meals. You can pay a bit extra and hire your own cook and/or butler to create a truly memorable dining experience without having to leave the comfort of the villa.
There are three bedrooms in total inside 1252, all of which come with air conditioning and their own TV. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds while the third is a fun, nautical themed room for kids which contains a twin bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. One of the bedrooms is en-suite with the other two sharing a bathroom.
If the swimming pool and the beach aren?t enough to keep you entertained then there?s a great golf course, kayaking, fishing, nature trails and an abundance of other interesting activities nearby. Alternative you could pop into Rio Grande and experience its many fascinating attractions.
