Following an extensive refurbishment completed in 2023, Villa 1271 is delighted to welcome guests again to the beautiful island of Anguilla.
This private secluded villa is just a short stroll from the Caribbean's #1 beach, Rendezous Bay (as voted by Caribbean Journal), and is in close proximity to all the amenities needed for a relaxing Caribbean stay.
The Architect Lee Skolnick has just completed construction on a 4 bedroom private villa on the Island of Anguilla. The home includes a unique blend of contemporary and classic Caribbean architecture and furnishings but, more importantly, provides a true indoor/outdoor island living experience with tremendous views over Rendezvous Bay beach, the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin beyond.
The home is outfitted with all modern amenities and fully furnished and decorated to reflect Lee's great sense of place and style.
The home is less than a minute drive to the sands of Rendezvous Bay, one the island's premier beaches, allowing you to jump back home to shower, eat or otherwise take a break from your time on the sand.

The space

High-end hotels/resorts, a golf course, supermarkets and beach bars are close by so nothing is too much trouble before you retreat to the quiet and private facilities at Villa 1271.
This private gated estate offers relaxed island living. Together with the in-home services to be provided, the rewards of many beach villa vacations await you.
A large infinity-edge pool overlooks Rendezvous Bay and the mountains of St Martin while the pool terrace provides several options for lounging by the pool, entertaining or dining under the stars.
The 'main house' is an open space perfect for relaxing with the family or entertaining. Immediately outside is the pool deck with your own private infinity pool that looks over the nature reserve salt pond with the hills of St. Maarten as a back drop. Sonos Wi-Fi speakers cover the main house and the pool deck.
The East Wing hosts the Master and Second Master bedrooms - each with their own private balcony, en-suite and office desk work space.
The West Wing hosts 2 further bedrooms that can be presented as a super king bed or 2x twin beds in each room. These rooms also have en-suites and look over the salt pond.
All areas have views over the pool and immediate access to the pool deck.
Guests will enjoy a 'meet & greet' service and 24/7 concierge service locally on island as well as full access to entire villa with daily housekeeping during your stay.
The villa offers private parking for up to 6 cars. Car rental is recommended in Anguilla - the island is perfectly compact and easily to travel around, but it is easiest to do this in your own private car.
The outdoor living area, centered around the infinity pool, has many lounger chairs for guests to take in the Caribbean sun and the stunning views. The villa also has many outdoor recreation areas for dining and lounging, there is an ample patio and a porch fitted with a sectional couch and dining table.
Large glass sliding doors lead directly from the pool into the indoor living area. The villa is entirely air-conditioned and there is WiFi throughout the home. An open living area with plenty of natural light is the ideal place for guests to relax after a day in the sun.
The house is outfitted with a Sonos Sound System and smart TVs. The home has an ample modern kitchen that is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and outdoor access.
The villa features four spacious bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and A/C. The master bedroom features a balcony and breathtaking views of the bay.

  • We recommend that young children be properly accompanied as all bedrooms open on to decks, which leads to the pool.
