The villa sits on a spacious 800 sqm land area with a floor space of 500 sqm. Eko Villa features a large infinity swimming pool, a fully equipped TV/home theatre room, an open-air living room with a sunken sofa, and a floating garden designed as a sunbathing area. Additional highlights include a Balinese `bale,? a jacuzzi, a modern state-of-the-art kitchen, a dedicated staff area, and a large parking space.
An underground area houses a wine cellar, a pump room, full back-up power generator, central electricity stabilizer and a storage room. All four bedrooms are individually decorated, air conditioned, equipped with flat screen TV and sound systems, have their own terrace or deck, and en suite outdoor and indoor bathroom.
