Located just a 3 to 5 minute walk from the beach, the villa is ideal for people of all ages with excellent nearby cafes, restaurants and bars. The Canggu Club is also just a few minutes? drive away, offering all types of sporting and leisure activities including their new Splash waterpark, ten pin bowling and Bounce, their trampoline games room.
Newly built and smartly designed, the villa is complimented with a large 15m x 5m pool with surrounding lawn with two decorative fish ponds and other water features, large sun soaked timber deck area and huge poolside bale.
The bedrooms and all living spaces are all located on the ground level at the end of the pool with an upstairs balcony offering great ocean views making an ideal location for some afternoon or sunset drinks. Please note however that the second level master bedroom is the owner?s private space and not included with the villa rental.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area are fully air-conditioned with timber/glass sliding doors offering indoor or alfresco living experience. The living area features a large comfortable sofa, flat screen TV with international cable TV channels with DVD player plus Hi-Fi.
A 10-seater timber dining table with wicker seating is ideal for family gatherings or dinner parties and the granite/stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, water dispenser, all the glassware, crockery and cutlery that you would ever need to entertain.
The spacious gardens with open grassed areas, frangipani trees and fish ponds with water features give the true Bali feel. The pool has a shallow end which is suitable for small children and the huge pool bale can easily fit the whole family!
Each of the four bedrooms are similar in size and feature ensuite bathrooms (two with bathtubs), large wardrobes with safety deposit boxes, queen size beds, and lovely fresh white linens.
The villa is serviced daily by a warm and friendly team of staff and included with the rental is the use of a car and driver for the duration of your stay.
Located only a 3 to 5 minute walk through rice paddies to the beautiful Berawa Beach, and a few minutes? drive to the Canggu Club and its entertainment/sports/leisure facilities including, waterslide park, tennis, bounce kids center, ten pin bowling and a world class gymnasium. In this vicinity is Canggu Deli, a Pepito supermarket, cafes, shops and ATM?s. The villa is just 10 minutes from the host of cafes/restaurants/boutiques/night clubs/bars of Seminyak, 20 minutes from the internationally acclaimed Greg Norman designed Pan Pacific Golf Course and only 40 minutes from the International Airport.
