Just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how happy we were with our stay at Villa 3707. The villa itself was absolutely amazing and even more luxurious than the photos portrayed. From the moment we arrived we were completely impressed by all of the staff and how attentive they were to our and the kids needs. We are not used to that level of service and nothing was ever a problem. The food prepared by the chef was first class and we also had massages organised by Tiger (the villa manager) nearly everyday that were better than most spa treatments in Australia. We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking to stay close to Seminyak and be thoroughly spoilt. Also wanted to send you a personal thank you for your level of service and communication throughout the organisation of the stay. As with the staff at the villa, nothing was ever a problem and you always followed up making sure all of the small details were attended to. You were straightforward and honest about the issue at the first villa and organised the best upgrade in history which we won't forget. We will make sure you are referred to anyone we know planning on traveling to Bali and will be our personal accommodation agent for all of our future trips. Once again thanks for all of your help and I will put some photos on your Facebook social media page in the next few days.
