The villa has a main building on two floors, with an open living room and kitchen downstairs, and a master bedroom and an extra bedroom upstairs. The living area consists of comfortable sofas with cushions surrounding a television set, showing over 50 international channels as well as having a DVD player. The close proximity of the dining table makes it possible for guests to enjoy their meal while listening to music and watching TV or movie. The dining table and chair can also make this private dining prestigious. The kitchen area is located on the first floor, in the corner of living room. The kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, cutlery, chinaware and maxi bar. A hot or cold water dispenser is placed between the kitchen and living space for easy access.
