The Villa consists of 3 king size bedrooms with attached Balinese style outdoor bathrooms and private balconies. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and one downstairs.
A large Studio room with TV/DVD and 40 channel satellite TV also has a King sized day bed and can be converted for use as a 4th bedroom also with bathroom attached.
In additional there is a stunning Garden Villa with outdoor Balinese style bathroom
All mattresses are hotel standard and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
A mezzanine connects upper bedrooms and a huge open deck. Downstairs is a huge living room with built in bar area opening towards the sea, the free form pool and garden.
The Kitchen and Dining bale are located in the garden at the rear of the main villa building.
A free style "Infinity" swimming pool with cold Jacuzzi can be enjoyed under clear blue skies, the stars at night or whilst being amazed by the spectacular sunsets.
The swimming pool is non chlorinated saltwater type system and has an adjoining bale where guests can enjoy the beautiful rural surroundings and magnificent sunsets. A second bale is located on the cliff face.
Kitchen staff will be on duty between 0700 up until 2100 after which a charge of 50,000, per staff applies up to midnight. If required after midnight this payment increases to Rp120, 000 per staff.
Dining
The villa provides complimentary daily breakfast, teas coffees and fruit juices for villa guests only. Whilst staff are advised to be reasonably flexible with outside guests (for example 1 or 2 outside guests) we do reserve the right to charge additional should you have a larger number of guests throughout the day.
Coffees and fruit juices will be charged at Rp25,000 each. Breakfast for outside guests will be charged at Rp100,000 per guest and arrangements should be made in advance with the staff to ensure adequate catering.
All other meals should be arranged with our staff. 24 hours? notice is required and our manager or assistant manager will plan requirements with guests throughout their stay to ensure smooth flow of catering.
Once menus are agreed our staff can arrange to buy necessary food. Guests will be charged directly for this on the basis of actual cost per receipts plus 25%. Guests will be asked for advance funds for these purchases. We maintain a very small supply of wine, beer, and mixers to meet unplanned guest requirements and have a wine list from which guest can make advanced purchase of wine at wholesale plus 25%
The villa is located on the Bukit Peninsular approximately 25 minutes from Bali International Airport, Ngurah Rai. Perched on the cliffs overlooking Padang Padang, Bingin and Impossibles, three of Bali's most famous large surfing breaks. The Villa boasts stunning views and scenery and private beach access via a stairway. The famous temple and surfing beach of Uluwatu And Dreamland beach are 10 minutes drive away.
