Nestled at the end of a street fronted by paddy fields, Villa 3446 features two sundecks, and a raised swimming pool. Dining for ten next to a grand fully equipped kitchen gives way to the lush living room in hues of cream and green. The stairs ascend to the TV room resting centre stage between all 3 first floor bedrooms, each with balconies and a view. All walls are adorned with artwork in wood, tile, and extravagant wall paper depicting verdant flora.
The fourth bedroom on the ground floor, leads off to one side of the living room, also in shades of white and green, with a generous ensuite bathroom showcasing vertical Moroccan style wall tiles complimented with a similar floor tile.
The villa can either be accessed by the garden gate which leads to the pool or through the secure carpark, which fits one car and multiple scooters. The carpark front door opens into the living room, while the garden entrance heads down a tile path to the villa front where an 11 m by 2.5 m luxurious raised pool invites guests to relax. Two sets of sun loungers at both ends of the pool, each with white fringed, deep blue sun mattresses, provide magnificent sunbathing comfort.
The villa is blessed with a great team to look after guests and the property. The butler is delightful, probably the most visible during guests stays, who will keep the place immaculate at all times, while other team members include villa manager, gardener, and cook. Villa 3446 has an extensive menu plus a chef available at extra cost, but do note the zero pork policy. The villa manager can assist with table reservations, tours, bookings, translations or other Bali activities. In addition, the team offer grocery shopping services at an extra % surcharge on the bill.
It is located at the end of a street in north Berawa. The villa is surrounded by empty land, with partial views of neighboring paddy fields and farmland. The main road is a simple 5 minute walk, while a scooter or car offers easy access to all the extensive spas, cafes, bars, beachclubs, and shopping that Berawa is now justly famous. Within minutes from the villa, guests can access the short cut to Jalan BatuBolong, or travel on Jalan Pantai Berawa to Finns Recreation Club with the Pepito supermarket close-by, leading further on towards Seminyak. Alternatively head north to Jalan Raya Canggu which connects to Echo beach, Pererenan and other beautiful seaside villages up the coast.
