Conceived by Arte Associates and the villa owner, the design comprises three private, individual villas set on a half acre of landscaped terraced gardens.
The villa is designed with rooms and accommodations in private & individual villa pavilions all set around the villa?s centrepiece infinity pool and beautiful tropical gardens. This way guests can enjoy exclusively individual, private rooms yet get together and socialise with family and friends in the villa?s main entertainment pavilion
First Pavilion overlooks the villa?s centrepiece infinity pool. It is a villa pavilion on 2 floors with 2 rooms for accommodations ? perfect as a family suite.
The ground floor bedroom is very spacious with a canopy king bed, lounge chairs, table and chaise longue. It also features a flat-screen TV with DVD/CD player and air-conditioning. To one side is a timber deck with covered pavilion area to relax al fresco. The bedroom leads to a large dresser area with fitted wardrobes and onto the bathroom which features a free-standing bath, twin vanities, shower and WC.
A partition door opens from the dresser area to stairs which lead up to the first floor bedroom. Wall-to-wall windows, timber floor and vaunted high ceiling give this bedroom an airy and breezy feel. It comes with a canopy king bed, armchairs, table, flat-screen TV with DVD/CD, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Sliding doors lead to the bijou bathroom with shower, vanity and WC.

Second pavilionis across the pool from the first one. Nestled amidst frangipani trees and accessed over a fish pond, it features a timber wood design with shingle roof, timber floor and offers a canopy king bed, wardrobe, TV with DVD/CD player, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. To one side there is the ensuite bathroom with Shower, Vanity and WC. To the other side, a door opens out onto your private timber deck with table and chairs.
Third pavillion is a spacious, stand-alone bedroom pavilion with its own separate indoor lounge annexe (which can also serve as a 6th bedroom at the villa ? perfect as a kids? bedroom). An ideal Family Suite. The master bedroom features a canopy king bed, lounge chairs and table, flat-screen TV with DVD/CD player.
Behind the master bedroom is a dresser area with fitted wardrobe which leads on one side to the annexe ? an optional 6th bedroom for children. The room is to very spacious and features a flat-screen TV with DVD/CD player, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Two single beds or king bed can easily be added to this annexe to convert it to a 6th bedroom at the villa.
The bathroom features a free-standing bathtub, indoor shower, vanity and WC.
Fourth pavilion is accros from the third pavilion , a spacious and private bedroom with en suite bathroom. The bedroom features a canopy king bed, lounge chairs and table complete with flat-screen TV, DVD/CD player, ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
Behind the bedroom is a dresser area with wardrobe leading to the en suite bathroom which features a free-standing bath, vanity and WC.
