Villa 314 majestically sits proud atop a cliff top overlooking the ocean. This Villa gives you real Balinese style hospitality and luxury.
You can see 180 degree views of the ocean from your bedroom. Landscaped almost 100 are, you can hold big events, gathering or parties in this villa with up to 500 guests by standing or 300 seated. There is a Helipad for VIP Transfer Services (charge separately) using private helicopter directly to this villa.
The villa is divided into 2 buildings. Building 1 offers spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Each of bedrooms in building 1 are equipped with a 32? LCD TV with international channels and en-suite bathroom. The Master Bedroom is on 2nd floor and gives you breathe taking views over the ocean from your bed and bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom is located on lower floor, with ocean views, en-suite bathroom and in room entertainment. The 3rd Bedroom is located near the entrance, this bedroom consists of two king single beds.
Building 2 has more space with its own Gym and Pool Table. The living room boasts a stunning large solid wood dining table. Seating can be arranged for up to 18 persons for a luxury dining experience. Building 2 offers you compact size and minimalistic style with great ocean views. This building has 3 bedrooms and 1 media room. Each of bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. The media room is perfect for in house entertainment and serves great as a game room. There is also a stunning lounge area equipped with large dining table and Teppanyaki grill.
The pool itself located in front of building 2, secretly hidden from building 1 but you can see the ocean directly from pool. There are 6 sun beds, sun umbrella and high chair for enjoying tranquil southern sea breeze in Villa 314.
