Stunning 4 bedroom incredibly luxurious home with breathtaking views sweeping the coast line and ocean from the Central Coast to the south. Upper level features black marble flooring, black studded leather contemporary couches, formal dining, one balcony that runs the width of the property.
There is a fully integrated kitchen with European appliances set behind mirrored doors. The master bedroom has a king bed, sweeping ocean views, TV that drops from the ceiling plus elevated ensuite with no walls to also take advantage of the views. There is an egg marble bath, rainfall shower and chandelier plus seperate toilet and walk in wardrobe.
Lower level features 3 double bedrooms each with flat screen wall mounted TVs, touch panel lighting and operation of blinds from beside the beds. Additional family room with white leather couches, second kitchenette, internal laundry, one ensuite and one additional bathroom, a second balcony with couches, mini gym outdoor entertaining and BBQ.
Additionally there is a steam room, magnificent pool with timber decking around the perimeter and beautiful travertine tiling. There are beautifully landscaped gardens that you can walk around completely and a yoga deck perched on the side of the drop off to the ocean (but very safe).
The house is run on a smart system and has a back to base alarm system and everything can be operated from touch panels located throughout the home in every room.
