This luxury sydney villa is situated on one of Bronte's most desired streets overlooking beautiful Bronte park and the ocean. The house is only a 200 metre stroll to Bronte beach, fabulous cafes and restaurants. It is a two minute drive,or a beautiful coastal walk, to Bondi Beach and its famous shopping, bars and restaurants.This house provides the best of both worlds, with direct access to the excitement and energy of Bronte and Bondi but in a unique location that provides luxury, privacy and space to relax.The house comprises 4 stylish bedrooms. The spacious Master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. All other bedrooms have built ins.
Upstairs is large open plan living space with high ceilings that opens up to a private and leafy garden that is great for entertaining with an outdoor loggia, BBQ area and heated swimming pool. The open living space is furnished stylishly in coastal style with a large 10 seat dining table, contemporary lounges and open fireplace surrounded by dark stone. This space also has a B&O sound system and flat screen tv.
The front living space is light with views across Bronte gully to the ocean, The ceiling to floor glass sliding doors open onto a timber balcony. The open doors allow the ocean breeze to flow right through the house. This room also has a large wall mounted HDTV and blu ray player. There is a study and library off this area with a Mac computer and printer, copier, scanner. Wireless internet is available throughout the house.
The kitchen is a modern open plan kitchen with a large concrete work space/breakfast bar and stainless steel surfaces around the gas cooking top.
There is internal access to the remote controlled garage and laundry.
The house is beautifully furnished with modern Australian art throughout.
