This beautiful mid-century home is situated underneath the famous Cape Byron Lighthouse, this beach house is north facing and its expansive lawn and living areas are bathed in sunlight all day long and boasts fantastic views over to the Mt Warning hinterland.
The views of Wategos beach and Julian Rocks are stunning and you might even catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the waves from your lawn.
The main house has four large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a children?s retreat or study that has a pull out bed for extra guests.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and small lounge which provides a perfect living space for members of the group that would like their own private space.
Outside there is a weatherproof courtyard that connects main house and apartment, providing an outdoor dining space, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and BBQ facilities for meals outdoors.
