When you step through the front door of this stunning luxury villa, you immediately be greeted by the breathtaking views spanning out over Watego?s beach to Mount Warning and onward.
The villa is designed to complement its natural surroundings, and panoramic views, and boasts magnificent indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Spread over three spacious levels, the ground floor features the spacious pool area featuring an infinity pool, cabana and sun loungers, all with stunning sea views. Designed to maximize the views while keeping privacy in mind, there are also two bedrooms, and three bathrooms on this level and a steam room, lounge room featuring a grand piano.
The second floor can be entered from the front door and you are greeted with a stylish living/dining area with a large kitchen and a fireplace. This floor again features breathtaking views and a laundry and powder room.
The master bedroom is located on the third level, complete with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with a large stone bath. There is also another luxurious bedroom and bathroom on this level.
The villa is only footsteps away from the world famous Watego?s beach and the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse. Only 5 minutes to the heart of Byron Bay where you have a wide range of world-class restaurants, cafes and boutiques to choose from.
