The living area has a second balcony facing the rolling hills of Cooper Shoot and captures the most stunning sunsets. The balcony has an 8 seat table and large comfortable day bed and chairs creating a fantastic space to entertain or relax with a book.
The 2nd lounge on this floor is ideal for kids to have their own space to chill... the downstairs deck flows to the saltwater pool. The hot water outside shower is ideal to hose off after a surf.
The kitchen is a delight to prepare food in with 180 views, well appointed with high end appliances. Finishing off the first floor is a a separate WC .
