Specific festivals like The Festival of The Winds in Bondi in September and Sculptures by The Sea in November mean this home offers you a ringside seat. You can walk to all three beaches of Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte where a plethora of cafes, restaurants and shops are open from dawn until dusk and later. A short walk up the hill will see you arrive on Bondi Road where there are additional restaurants, pubs and other late night haunts.
