Superb Dine-in CaesarStone kitchen with Smeg stainless steel appliances, internal laundry, pantry and separate storage room.
The location is Darling Point - 4 minute walk to the park and the Cruising Yacht Club, 5 minute walk to Edgcliff train station and shops, 10 minute drive to Bondi Beach or the City.
Included in the rental is an off-street parking space and use of the swimming pool and garden (which is shared with the two other apartments but is rarely used by them). Also included are the two Bang & Olufsen TVs, B&O stereo etc.
As a separate hiring possiblity, There is a also a 45 foot (6 berth) sailing yacht available for charter.. Rates are $900 per day for dry hire or $200 per hour for skippered charter. Overnight stays (where the skipper leaves the boat for the night) are also possible.
