Six Stars Residence ? Rose Bay
Where Architectural Mastery Meets Ethereal Light
Sheathed in a translucent stone facade and surrounded by mature trees, Six Stars Residence stands as a serene architectural statement at the eastern edge of Rose Bay. This immaculate five-bedroom villa is furnished to the highest standard, offering a seamless balance of privacy, light, and understated luxury.
The residence unfolds in a U-shaped plan that embraces an eastern courtyard, flooding the interiors with soft morning sun and opening toward sweeping views of the harbour. Four bedrooms occupy the main house, while a self-contained apartment on the ground floor provides ideal accommodation for a nanny, travelling staff, or independent teenagers.
Panels of luminous onyx, framed in blackened stainless steel, form a sculptural veil around the home ? suspended from the roof edge or rising from the terrace ? allowing dappled light to filter gently into the interiors. The interplay of stone, glass, and shadow creates an atmosphere that is both private and poetic.
Inside, refined plaster surfaces, stone and timber floors, and darkened brass details compose an elegant, timeless palette. The interiors, designed in collaboration with Penny Hay, reflect a quiet sophistication that complements the architectural integrity of the structure.
With an approximate floor area of 1,000 sqm and completed in mid-2020, Six Stars Residence is a rare fusion of craftsmanship and contemporary artistry ? a home where light, texture, and landscape exist in perfect harmony.
