Comprising of three bedrooms (1 x queen and ensuite and 1 x queen suite on the top level and a 3rd bedroom on the main living room level (ensuite), two indoor bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped industrial kitchen, open fireplace, sound system, lap pool and underfloor heating. The architectural design incorporates the sea breezes and as such the bedrooms are nicely ventilated and kept cool. There is airconditioning only in the kitchen living area.
There is also a second dwelling directly underneath the main living area of the main house, self-contained one bedroom, one bathroom space, featuring natural finishes and timer elements.
